Day Two: Playa Del Carmen

Thursday morning my sister, mom and I were scheduled to meet with the wedding planner, and that we did. I am not joking when I say Leah planned her entire wedding in a matter of two hours. Everything from the rehearsal dinner and photographer to the food and music were selected during this time. It was great seeing my sister pick each and every detail for her wedding. It was so weird how well I know Leah. The wedding planner would show Leah about 5 different options for each setting, and before Leah could even choose what she wanted, I already knew in my head what she was going to pick. It was a little game that I played with myself while Leah was deep in thought carefully contemplating each and every option. But the funny thing is, I could have sped up the process by telling her what she was going to choose, but again I decided that since it was her big day I would let her soak up the moment. If that is not ESPN, then I don’t know what is. It's kind of creepy how easy it is for sisters to read one another, you know? Ok so anyways, Leah knew exactly what she wanted and two days later at her wedding she got exactly what she asked for. For my wedding I spent too much time over analyzing every little detail, when in reality I could have planned the whole damn event in no time. Oh well, too late to change what has already happened. If any of you reading this plan to get married in the future, I one hundred percent recommend a destination wedding.

It was another fabulous day in Mexico. We ended the night at the disco across the street. More to come...
