Big Red's Skincare Advice

I'm in a giving mood today. I love getting recommendations for hair, makeup, body and beauty products. So I'm here to share some of my all time favorites. After I finished my list, I realized this post was incredibly too long to include ALL my faves. I will give you all a break and cut the list down to facial skincare for today.

 

 

1. Clinique - Super City Block Oil-Free Daily Protection SPF 40

I apply this sunscreen over my moisturizer on a daily basis. It doesn't have the icky sunscreen smell, which is nice, but beware it's a bit sticky. Quite frankly, to be honest, I kind of like the tad bit of stick. I feel like it helps keep my makeup in place throughout the day.

 

 

 

 

2. Lancome - Mousse Radiance Clarifying Self Foam Cleanser

It's great, I promise, give it a try for yourself!

 

 

 

 

3. Bobbi Brown Moisturizer - Vitamin Enriched Face Base

This stuff smells great! It reminds me of sweetarts, as in the candy. I have a party on my face each day and night as I apply. The second best feature, it's oil-free! Whoop for Bobbi.

 

 

 

 

 4. Murad - Acne Spot Treatment 

I don't consider my skin as acne-prone, but I have tried everything under the sun to clear up blemishes and this is by far the best. I would not recommend sleeping with this product overnight until you know how your skin will react. It's known to eat away at super sensitive skin, so use with precaution.

 

 

 

 

5. A Perfect World for Eyes

 Great eye cream. It can get greasy if you use too much, so use just a smidget. The pest part about Origins ... they now sell their products at Target. Not that they are cheaper, but it's so very convenient.

 

 

 

 

 

6.  7 Day Scrub Cream Rinse-Off Formula

Wonderful exfloiant. I've used it for years, so maybe it is time to branch out and find a new product. But seriously, if you have never tried this, please do so. Especially in the morning, the scent of minty freshness is more orgasmic than a tall skinny mocha.
