Regan

My sister and I babysat her niece, Regan this weekend while her parents were out and about running errands. We had the perfect Saturday moring. We ate millions of donut holes, read a few books, ate more donut holes, watched TV and took a long nap. Now that's my idea of fun people. Of course, I also had to get some pictures of this beauty since I had the chance. We had so much fun with this happy, little girl.

Persistence pays off once again. I was determined to find the damn cat, and that I did. Now if you will please excuse me, I have to go and give my husbands’ filthy kitty a bath, feed her, spank her 300 times for running away and then start planning her welcome home party.

Dear Jackie O., The next time your pea sized brain is tempted to jump on the kitchen counter, please remember this day. In case you already forgot, I saved you today from being eaten alive by that mean old man that was feeding you wet cat food and petting you behind your ears when I came to pick you up.

It's the University of Texas baseball season. Go Brother, have fun and kick some butt! Yes, I bleed maroon people, but cut me some slack. I feel obligated to cheer for the Texas baseball team, but other than baseball I am a die hard Ag fan I promise. If it makes you happy to know, at the games my husband and I take a seat during the annoying UT school song. Please place my halo right here on top of my head....bing!

Poor Kitty

We have a problem, ya’ll. Jackie O has been missing since last Thursday and it is my fault. No, I swear I didn’t let her out on purpose. We bought a new rug and were moving it upstairs and my hands were too full to close the front door. We didn’t see her run out, but that is the only thing that I can think could have happened. Yes, I know I never really liked the kitty but Jonathan adored her! He tries to act like he is not upset about it but I can see it in his eyes that he is hurting on the inside. Therefore, that makes me miss the kitty for him. Yesterday, on the way home from breakfast, I noticed that he drove right past our house and I was all…”Ummmm excuse me sir, did you just forget where we live?”. But then I realized what the hell was going on when he decided to roll down the window and yell out for his kitty for 30 minutes. Please keep praying that we find Miss Thang soon, it sucks seeing Pook upset! Here is a video that I took a while back of the psycho kitty, watching it kind of made me sad. Even though what she is doing with her mouth is totally not normal whatsoever. Turn up your volume to watch and please let me know if you think that this is normal feline behavior?

The Boyd's

Easter weekend was fabulous. I had off four days from work, and that is enough to make the weekend that much more amazing. I was able to take pictures of my friend Jeana and her two kidlets. Isaiah (I hope I spelled that right) and Angel were so fun to work with. They are really the only two "older" children that I have photographed.

I fell in love with little Isaiah right away, he is very gentle natured and soft spoken. He is definitely a mama's boy! Even though he had a swollen eye, I still think he pictures turned out great.

Angel on the other hand was hilarious. I tell you what; I am sure she keeps Jeana's hands full 24-7. Not only is she the funniest kid ever she also has a little sassy side to her. She told me she is planning to apply to be on America's Next Top model, and dude with the poses I saw her throw at me I really think she has a chance one day. Check out her pictures below, you will see what I am talking about.

Now Jeana, I should probably brag about her too, since I just went off on her two children. Jeana has one of the warmest souls that I have ever met. I have only known Jeana since our two companies merged back in October. I have to admit I was a little nervous having 100 new faces walking around our office, but once I met Jeana I knew everything was going to be just fine. Thanks for being a good friend to me Jeana.

Overall, the photo shoot went great! Except the part when Doc, their puppy, took a steaming hot crap in the back of my car.
